PayCanvas agreement documents

• Terms of Service — Core business, subscription, license, warranty, indemnity, liability, and dispute terms.
• Payroll Calculation Addendum — Customer and PayCanvas responsibilities for policy configuration, source data, calculations, review, and support.
• AI and Connector Terms — Rules for onboarding assistance, external AI clients, model outputs, and confirmed actions.
• Acceptable Use Policy — Security, tenant-isolation, restricted-data, and lawful-use requirements.
• Data Processing Addendum — Controller and processor obligations for customer-controlled personal data.
• Privacy Policy — Our privacy roles, collection, uses, disclosures, retention, and individual rights.
• Subprocessors — Infrastructure and service providers used to operate PayCanvas.

Important product boundary

PayCanvas currently prepares, explains, and supports review of payroll information. It does not move payroll funds, file or remit payroll taxes, act as employer or co-employer, or approve payroll. Any future feature that changes that boundary requires separate product, regulatory, security, and legal review and may require new terms.
